1. Do you offer custom paintings?
Yes. Custom paintings are available on commission. You may request portrait paintings, abstract pieces, or bespoke artworks designed specifically for your space, concept, or brand.
2. What types of paintings do you offer?
We offer:
- Portrait paintings (from photographs)
- Abstract paintings for homes, offices, and commercial spaces
- Decorative paintings (design-led artworks suitable for multiple spaces)
- Original one-of-one artworks
- Poster and canvas prints
3. How does the portrait and abstract commission process work?
Once an order is placed, clients will be asked to provide high-quality reference images for portrait commissions. For abstract commissions, clients may instead share a reference image, concept, theme, or emotion they would like the artwork to express.
After the concept, size, and style are confirmed, payment is made to secure the commission. The painting process then begins, and the completed artwork is delivered within 3 to 15 days, depending on size and complexity.
4. Are the portrait paintings exact replicas of the photos?
Portraits are artist interpretations, not photo replicas. While likeness is preserved, artistic expression, brushwork, and style are intentionally applied to create a unique artwork.
5. What is the difference between original paintings and decorative paintings?
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks created once and never reproduced.
Decorative paintings are design-based artworks that may be recreated or produced in limited or open editions.
6. Can I request a specific size?
Yes. Most artworks can be commissioned or produced in custom sizes to suit your space. Size availability depends on the artwork type, medium, and production method.
For commissioned paintings, sizes are fully customizable within practical limits. For reproducible artworks and prints, sizing options may be offered in standard or pre-approved dimensions to maintain quality and consistency. Larger or non-standard sizes may affect pricing and production timelines and will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
7. Can artworks be returned or refunded?
Custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable once production has begun, as these pieces are created specifically to the client’s requirements. This includes portrait commissions and custom abstract works.
Prints and non-custom artworks may be eligible for a return or replacement only in the event of damage during delivery. Any damage must be reported within a specified period after receipt, and supporting photographs may be required for inspection. Normal variations in color, texture, or brushwork are considered part of the artistic process and are not regarded as defects.
Refunds or replacements, where applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Do you work with businesses or corporate clients?
Yes. We work with offices, interior designers, hospitality venues, brands, and small businesses on custom artworks, bulk orders, and long-term creative projects. Our services include bespoke commissions, spatially informed artworks for commercial interiors, and curated collections tailored to brand identity and environment.
